  1. This is a legal agreement between you (either on individual or an legal
  2. entity) and NSDi - Network Solutions Development Inc. (NSDi). You may use
  3. the AmiTCP/IP Dialup, further referred as PRODUCT, only if you fully agree
  4. with this license agreement.

  21. 2) In order to use the PRODUCT you should have a unique license code
  22.    assigned to you by NSDi.  You must keep the license code private, i.e.,
  23.    not let any entity, to get hold of it by any means.  This license
  24.    warrants you to use PRODUCT only on one Amiga at the same time.
  25.  
  26. 3) You can make additional copies of the included installation disk(s) for
  27.    private backup purposes only (this does not apply to CD-ROM:s, however). 
  28.    You may not produce any copies of the accompanying written material.

  30. 4) The PRODUCT may be used only for purposes for which it can be used as it
  31.    is. You may not: (1) modify or prepare derivative works of the PRODUCT or
  32.    the license code; (2) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
  33.    PRODUCT or the license code; (3) generate unauthorized license codes; (4)
  34.    sublicense any parts of the PRODUCT or the license code.

  36. 5) The PRODUCT distribution includes some programs, which are distributed
  37.    under the GNU General Public License. These programs are clearly noted in
  38.    the file "COPYRIGHTS", which is included on every PRODUCT distribution
  39.    and installation. The source code for these programs is available from
  40.    NSDi on request.

  42. NO WARRANTY
  43.  
  44.    The PRODUCT is supplied "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either
  45.    expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
  46.    warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The
  47.    entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you.

  49.    Network Solutions Development Inc. shall NOT be liable for any damages
  50.    whatsoever, arising out of the use or inability to use this PRODUCT, even
  51.    if the possibility of such damages has been advised.
